UK Prime Minister has laid a path for a softer Brexit after trying for months to build support for her deal from her own party.

She wanted to ensure there was no danger of crashing out.

A Marathon cabinet meeting at Downing Street meant that there was a split between those who wanted a no deal and those who did not.

Andrea Leadsom said that what cabinet was about was ‘trying to find a way to deliver Brexit’

Comments from Ireland pointed out that Brexit would affect them more than any other of the EU countries. Ireland worries that their economy would decline.

No deal would be difficult for Ireland because of the border.

The EU plans to go out the Good Friday Agreement.

Rebellion is thought to come from the back benches at PMQ tomorrow.

During the meeting MPs had their mobile phones taken off them. This prevented information being leaked out to the press.
